Recently I have had some situations with bookings and such, so I have decided to provide some info to make booking me much easier for both of us. Most of these guidelines mainly apply to international bookings, but US promoters might wanna look at this too to help with booking other artists from out of the country.









A: Flights

1. If it is an international flight, plane ticket must be purchased NO LATER than 14 days prior to the event which I am performing at. If it is a domestic flight 7 in advance is the cutoff for booking the plane ticket.



2. Please also try to fly me in at least 24 hours before the event I am supposed to play at. That will ensure that I have recovered from jet lag and can put forth my best for your event.



B: Visas

1. If it is required for me to obtain a tourist visa to enter your country, it is the least expensive to obtain it at least 14 days prior to flying out to your county. If you are not sure if your country requires a tourist visa to enter from the United States, email me directly and I can find out for you. I am the person that needs to apply for the visa, and usually in person, so if there are any costs to obtain the visa, it will be discussed between myself and the organizer.



2. For me to enter your country, I have to fill out a form that states where I will be staying. For most places where a tourist visa isn't required, I can just list the name and address of the person I will be staying with.

If a tourist visa is required, I will need the info of the hotel I will be staying at. Please make sure to include all this info at the time of booking confirmation. It would suck to get all the way to your country and not be allowed in because the correct information wasn't provided.





All of these suggestions are to expedite the booking process and to make sure there are no miscommunications about things. All other details can be handled in direct email communication or via msn messenger.
